We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of the Birmingham office of a highly successful, independently owned Construction and Property Consultancy.  Having shown consistent growth and with a robust client base, they are now looking to add to their team.  Primary service offerings are within Project and Cost Consultancy working with clients across a variety of sectors.  Their award winning service delivery has no doubt contributed to this expansion.  

This highly successful team has been exceeding income targets and has a very busy, varied workload.  Clients are in sectors such as healthcare, residential, extra care and student accommodation, as well as the arts and leisure / hospitality.  They have been highly successful in broadening their client base and continue to win new work.
