Marketing Coordinator - 12 Month FTC

Job Description

Summary

The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to assist the Marketing Business Partner in executing the marketing strategies to deliver KPIs for the Yorkshire, Midlands, and Greater Manchester & Merseyside regions, as well as coordinating customer communications and assisting with community engagement to support regional objectives and continued growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver all marketing activity identified within the weekly marketing meetings and weekly planner devised by the Marketing Business Partner, including the creation of e-shots, SMS and social media content, the promotion of development/regional events and changes to development webpages to support change of messaging/strategy, informing the Marketing Business Partner of deliverables within a weekly update.
  • Utilising branded Canva templates, create digital assets, such as e-mail headers, web banners and social media and bespoke regional assets, to support delivery of activity identified within the weekly marketing planner.
  • Ensure new plot releases are uploaded to the Gleeson website and portals and, if required, a new release e-alert sent to the development's database.
  • Conduct weekly website, portal, and collateral audits across all channels to ensure that plot and development information and imagery is accurate, brand compliant, grammatically correct and engaging and that messaging is highly optimised.
  • Assist the Social Media and Content Manager with the creation of plot and development videography for utilisation on social media, portals, and the website.
  • Assist the Marketing Business Partner in the organisation of regional development and community events, including show home openings and dignitary visits and charitable endeavours.
  • Support the Regional Office Manager / Receptionist in the implementation of Gleeson's Community Matters programme throughout the region by liaising with local schools, community groups and other organisations, with the support of the Marketing Business Partner.
  • As required, provide regional marketing guidance and support to wider regional stakeholders, advising them of marketing best practice and brand compliancy.
  • Support with collating key information for coming soon developments by conducting desk-based research and in some instances, visiting the local area.
  • Complete briefing forms for PR and Community Matters-related activity or graphic design requirements, ensuring that the Marketing Business Partner's approval is obtained.
  • When required, conduct visits to developments upon the request of the Marketing Business Partner (when required) to support with activity, such as events.
  • Attend meetings with external agencies and partners upon the request of the Marketing Business Partner.
  • Visit the Midlands and Greater Manchester and Merseyside regional offices at least once a month.
  • To conduct any other duties as reasonably requested and to deputise in the Marketing Business Partner's absence, with the National Marketing Manager's support.
  • Ensure all messaging and collateral is up to date in accordance with NHQC guidance to ensure we remain compliant and that messaging and advertising are not misleading to prospective and existing customers.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proficient communicator, including sound copywriting skills

  • Experience in using CRM and CMS systems and Canva

  • Marketing background experience or qualifications

  • Good stakeholder management skills

  • Able to prioritise effectively

  • UK driving licence
