Senior Minimix Sales Representative (Ref: 9641)

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Minimix Sales Representative working within the Readymix Concrete team at our Head office in Bardon Hill. About the role Reporting to Customer Centre Sales Manager you will be accountable to proactively identify, target, chase, cross promote and secure attractive business opportunities. You will also hold responsibility for monitoring customers orders through to post-delivery. Other elements to the role include: Monitoring enquiries through from pricing to shipping of customers’ orders Effective account management of customers which will require you to be out of the office once a week Effectively investigate and root cause all Customer complaints, ensuring that they are resolved, in a timely manner, maintaining Customer relationships and satisfactory resolution Achieve sales targets and overall business goals through the establishment, maintenance and improvement of business relationships and market knowledge within a designated territory Raise the profile of Aggregate Industries within the designated sales territory and/or key accounts Win new business through partners general market and cash sale enquiries, either directly or through partners Lead, facilitate, motivate and empower the team to develop best practice to meet with organisational objectives through coaching, training and development Support the team to work closely and collaboratively with business units, and to provide service solutions that meet and exceed our customer service specification What will you bring? Previous experience within a Readymix (concrete) environment Experience in sales and customer service Able to work collaboratively with the team Experienced in using various IT systems and packages ​ What’s on offer?
