Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident Administrator to support in the control and day to day smooth running within the Croft Offices to agreed KPI’s and SLA’s. About the role You will be reporting into the Sales Office Manager, this role delivers professional, customer focused administration for our Cement Divisions. Elements to the role include: Receive and process sales enquiries to contract status Process customer ancillary charges Maintain non-standard customer ancillary charges Monitor and assist in the cleardown of the sales and haulage workbenches Offer ongoing administration support to Sales Managers and Supply chain Timely and accurate allocation / filing of customer purchase order information Timely filing and organisation of archived information Timely and accurate resolution of enquiry management calls Manage external trading reconciliation Processing of any required credits and debits ensuring timely approval Processing of all post sales administration Assist in CRM usage across the Cement division Additional ad hoc tasks as per business requirements What will you bring?
