Basic salary £20,000 + Benefits

This is a great opportunity for a customer service / sales administrator to join a very customer centric team who are based in Avonmouth. On a day to day basis you will be interacting by phone and email with their customer base as well as dealing with various sister departments in order to best satisfy the customer.

The role requires an excellent telephone manner coupled with a keen attention to detail together with an attitude of going the extra mile to ensure that the clients have the best possible customer experience.

You will be joining a location that employs around 45 people and you will work out of nice offices.

We seek candidates that can demonstrate some track record in customer service or individuals who have worked in sales administration where they have interacted with customers by email and by phone.
