Finchley Central
£27,000 - £29,000

My client, a well-established residential property development firm, are currently seeking a Property Management Administrator to join their growing team in Finchley Central.

You will be working very closely with a Senior Property Manager and a Property Manager allocated to a selection of properties, providing hands on administrative support and serving as point of contact between leaseholders and management.

Duties

  • Answering incoming calls, handling client queries and taking messages on behalf of property managers
  • Source quotes for maintenance services
  • Raise purchase orders under instruction of the property manager and issue to contractors or service providers
  • Maintain the contract filing system: ensure contracts are up to date, signed and listed on the supplier list. Chase contractors for renewals
  • Carry out site inspections with the Property Manager, report actions/issues and ensure reports are filed
  • Uploading documents to the property and compliance tracking system and manage tracker templates on outstanding works / complaints
  • Review insurance claims, act on behalf of client and company with regards to claim status updates and liaise with accounts in regards to payment allocations


Requirements

  • Experience in as an administrator or coordinator supporting property managers
  • Highly organised, excellent multitasker and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and capable of taking initiative


Hours: Office based Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm. Flexible working between 8am to 6.30pm which are agreed in advance
