£40,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable)

My client is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their Building Services team in Central London. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be analysing and designing the building services systems and producing viable building services solutions.

  • Manage production of project deliverables such as drawings, calculations, reports and specifications.
  • Ensure the checking and reviewing of engineering designs and deliverables
  • Produce project deliverables and viable technical solutions
  • Specify and co-ordinate the use of materials and systems
  • Input on environmental issues, sustainability issues and legislation
  • Carrying out site visits and surveys


Requirements:

  • 3-6 years' experience in Building Services
  • Level 7 or equivalent qualification
  • Working towards Chartership status, preferably MCIBSE
  • Experience leading and managing projects
