Timber Frame Designer
East Anglia
c£30,000 flexible, depending on experience
Full time, permanent

Timber Frame Designer required to play a pivotal role in a small design team. You will be:
- Key contact between colleagues and external stakeholders, ensuring continuing strong communications between all parties
- Supporting Production and Contracts teams, providing the correct information
- Playing a key role in quality checks for production drawings
- Deputising for the Design Manager in his absence
About you:
- Able to understand and prepare architectural and engineering drawings
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Paying strong attention to detail
- You will need to be proficient in building design but if you have timber frame or other system build experience this would be of particular interest
- Potential to move into a line management role
- If you have experience in any timber frame design software this would be of particular interest
This is a small but ambitious company, where you will be welcomed and supported as a valued member of the team. Working hours are 40 per week and holiday allocation is 20 days plus Bank Holidays.
