Location: Canary Wharf, London | Salary: Competitive + Benefits An established and growing provider of premium student accommodation is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Maintenance Operative/ Technician to join its team at a high-quality residential scheme in Canary Wharf. This is a frontline, hands-on maintenance role, ideal for someone with a strong electrical maintenance background who enjoys a varied role combining planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and day-to-day building maintenance. Working as part of the on-site team, you will play an important role in ensuring the building, resident accommodation and communal areas are maintained to a safe, compliant and high standard.The Role:
You will take ownership of a wide range of electrical maintenance, fault-finding and repair work, alongside general reactive and planned maintenance across the building. Typical responsibilities will include:About You:
The successful candidate will ideally have:This role would particularly suit an electrically qualified maintenance engineer, electrical maintenance operative, electrical technician or electrician looking for a stable, long-term role within a high-quality residential environment.
Due to the nature of the environment, flexibility around shift patterns and weekend working will be required. An Enhanced DBS check will also be required.
