We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a Team Leader position. This role offers the exciting opportunity to build and lead a team while enjoying uncapped commission potential. You will have the autonomy to do business without limitations on location, allowing you to reach your full potential in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for Build construction roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organisation.
  • Drive business development efforts to expand Aldwych Consulting's presence in the construction sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in recruitment within the Build construction market.
  • Strong client relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
  • Expert knowledge of the construction sector, including current market trends and key players.
  • Leadership qualities with the desire to build and lead a successful recruitment team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
