We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a Team Leader position. This role offers the exciting opportunity to build and lead a team while enjoying uncapped commission potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for Build construction roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organisation.
- Drive business development efforts to expand Aldwych Consulting's presence in the construction sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in recruitment within the Build construction market.
- Strong client relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
- Expert knowledge of the construction sector, including current market trends and key players.
- Leadership qualities with the desire to build and lead a successful recruitment team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
