Chartered Building Surveyor Job in Soho, London

Chartered Building Surveyor job in Soho, London for a private surveying practice. This role will be working across a range of projects and professional services including dilapidations, party wall, neighbourly matters and build surveys across residential commercial and education sectors. This role offers a salary of up to £70,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Gym membership + All IT Equipment provided + Mileage + Hybrid Working.

Our client is a private surveying practice specialising in asset management, property management, building consultancy and project management. Mainly working with education, residential and luxury residential and property development clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working across a range of schemes
• Project management
• Contract administration
• Party wall
• Neighbourly matters
• Building surveys
• Schedules of conditions
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Dilapidations
• Generating new work for the business and helping to grow the asset and property management teams
• Mentoring junior surveyors.

Required Skills & Experience

• MRICS is essential
• 3 + years post qualification
• Commercial and residential experience refurb and maintenance
• Project management experience
• Full clean driving licence and car.
