Job Description
A built environment consultancy actively acquiring smaller consultancies have an opportunity for a Business Development Director to maximise value and identify opportunities for growth across the entire business.
The focus of this role is to increase shareholder value by ensuring effective and efficient management of the commercial elements of the business. You will need to have at least 15 years in a similar position where you have:
- monitored risk
- advised on investment plans
- steered the commercial performance by maximising contract values and project profitability
- Advised on market trends and presenting areas of expansion, or new areas to consider
- Advised on ways to improve internal processes
- Lead on contract negotiations with suppliers and clients, and
- Ensured resourcing model reflects the businesses current and future needs.
