Job Description
Our Client is looking for a Plumber to carry out works in Social Housing Properties, candidate must have basic DBS and must cover locations between Blandford and North Dorset. Company vehicle will be provided. The focus will be on high quality work, outstanding customer service and a right first time attitude. The role will be dealing with all aspects of internal/external repairs including bathroom re-fits and plumbing related repairs. In addition to plumbing you will have skills and experience in carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:
1st and 2nd fix plumbing
Carpentry
Tiling
General Maintenance
Carry Out Works In Social Housing Properties
Installation of Bathrooms and Carry out All Types of Repairs to Social Housing Properties.
Essential:
NVQ level 2 + Plumbing Qualifications
Tiling and carpentry skills/experience
Ability to hit the ground running
Good Knowledge Of All Plumbing Systems And Ancillary Products
Good customer service skills
Minimum of 5 years plumbing experience
Driving Licence
Desirable:
Wet room fitting experience
Experience in Social housing
