Sales Manager - Permanent Modular
Basic to £55,000 ote £85,000 + Car Allowance (£5,000)

* Education, NHS and Residential
* Act as Principal Contractor & on the behalf of Main Contractors
* Operating under frameworks
An opportunity to join a successful supplier of permanent modular buildings to the following sectors: Education, NHS and Residential. Your responsibilities will involve selling offsite solutions, acting often as a principal contractor and operating under frameworks agreements. If you have sold an offsite solution (modular, volumetric, timber frame or light steel frame) then this is a fantastic opportunity to earn a significant income as their commission scheme is open ended with commission paid on total order value.
You must have sold an Offsite Construction solution to be considered for this role although not necessarily Modular Buildings.
Excellent training, support and technical back up await the successful candidate.
Benefits:
Basic salary to £55,000
Commission is open ended and should yield between £30,000 to £50,000 on top of basic depending naturally on the amount of business won
£5,000 Car Allowance
