Sales Manager - Timber Frame
Basic circa £40,000 ote £60,000 + plus Car or Car Allowance
Swansea, Cardiff, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil, Cowbridge, Bridgend, Aberdare, WALES (Mid or South)
* Do you sell Timber Frame or an associated Offsite Construction solution?
* Would you like to work for a Timber Frame manufacturer who have made a huge commitment to Wales?
* Would you like the ability to earn between £60,000 to £70,000 on target earnings?
* Are you selling Offsite Construction solutions to House Builders, Developers and Contractors?
* Can you take advantage of the boom in the provision of Social Housing?

A UK based Timber Frame manufacturer who supply their solutions to House Builders, Contractors, Developers and the Social Housing sector to include Housing Associations have recently invested heavily in the Welsh community with the specific purpose of providing a "home grown" Timber Frame solution to Wales. You will be responsible for managing the Welsh market as well as the ability to capitalise on the lucrative South West of England housing boom. Full support and training will be offered to the successful candidate and you will be backed by a team of Designers, Estimators, Project Managers and Structural Engineers.
Whilst it is not a pre requisite to speak Welsh this would be an added advantage.
