Roof Truss Designer
Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
Gloucestershire
Full time, permanent

We are looking for an experienced Roof Truss Designer to perform all phases of Design process within a Timber Frame Manufacturer. You will be involved in new and exciting building designs from the earliest stages right through to completion. The end goal is to match client's needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

This company has been operating for nearly 20 years, including a successful period during the recession. They are committed to sustainable buildings, particularly for the self-build market and have built some beautiful buildings. In your role as Roof Truss Designer with this great company, you will be involved at all stages of the process to ensure your designs are built to the exacting requirements of your demanding customer base, including in many instances, to Passivhaus standards. Luckily you will be close to the manufacturing operation so you can see your designs being made.

As Roof Truss Designer for this great company, you will have:

• Solid experience and working knowledge of roof trusses
• HND/HNC or equivalent qualification in a construction discipline
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Motivated and well organised

You will be joining a skilled and motivated team based in Gloucestershire, working on some truly inspiring designs.
