Job Description
My client is currently seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join a well-established consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering infrastructure, drainage, and development engineering projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in a modern, central Manchester office.

Requirements:
* 7+ years' experience in Civil Engineering
* Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (essential)
* Strong background in drainage design and development infrastructure
* Working towards or already Chartered (ICE or IStructE)
* Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior staff
Duties:
* Lead and manage the delivery of civil engineering projects from concept to completion
* Develop detailed drainage and infrastructure designs using Civil 3D and MicroDrainage
* Support the professional development of team members through mentoring and performance reviews
* Attend client meetings, providing technical guidance and ensuring project alignment
* Promote best practice in quality, sustainability, and health & safety
