Architect job in Winchester, Hampshire. This role is a great opportunity to work on mixed-use and residential developments throughout the UK. This position involves joining the commercial team, where you'll work on a variety of projects, including mixed-use, residential, and conservation initiatives. The firm's portfolio features stunning historical buildings, private residences, commercial properties, masterplans, and large-scale housing developments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work as part of the practice commercial team on a variety of mixed-use and residential projects
- Projects would involve working on all stages but with a focus on stage 3 onwards
- Using ArchiCAD on a daily basis but training will be given.
- Communicating with internal and external teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Part III with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience
- Experience in Uk based Mixed use or residential projects
- Project experience in stage 3 onwards
- Interest in sustainability would be beneficial
- Contract administration and technical knowledge
- Ability to use ArchiCAD is beneficial but full training is provided.
