Construction Field Manager

Job Description

Location: Croydon – CR0 Position: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £36,000 per year Benefits: Company Vehicle or Allowance ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE WORKED IN CONSTRUCTION OR A SIMILAR INDUSTRY! Main Duties: To effectively manage pre pull gangs completing blockages, reinstatement & prepull activity on the Virgin Media Network, ensuring work is completed in line with quality standards. Supporting site management in fleet, plant, equipment & tooling for daily works. Ensure Health & safety procedures are adhered to. Ensure work is carried out to the business Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), These have been created to operate within the client’s policies. Be the first point of contact for all field team related activities, provide guidance, advise & onsite coaching to promote empowerment. Experience required: • Must hold a full UK driving licence • Hold a valid NRSWA full supervisor street works card units 1, 10 to 14 • Experience with the Virgin Network is desirable but not essential • Strong focus on Health & Safety • Experience with Microsoft Applications • Excellent Written & Verbal Communications
