Timber Frame Designer
Bedfordshire
£25,000-£35,000
Our client is a well-established Timber Engineering and Timber Frame Company with over 17 years' experience in the industry. They have developed a broad wealth of knowledge and experience in the Timber Industry with a diverse range of products in timber, joists and trusses. They are now looking for an experienced Timber Frame Designer to join their design team to be based in their Bedfordshire manufacturing site.
As a Timber Frame Designer in the design team you will be expected to work on a range of projects for residential, both developer and self-build, and for major commercial developers and contractors. This is an ideal role for an experience Timber Frame Designer who likes to work under their own initiative.
What do you need for this role?
- Experience and knowledge as working as a Timber Frame Designer
- Familiarity with Wolf (Horizon) and/or WoodEngine
- Knowledge and understanding of compiling schedule and issuing information require for the manufacturing of Timber Frame components
- Ability to work under own initiative and to dead-lines, with responsibility towards design, detail and accuracy
- Good communications skills
