Job Description
Dutton Recruitment are currently on the lookout for an Estimator to work with our Client in Sheffield.
Our Client have an opening for an Experienced Estimator , with a proven track record in the Construction industry specifically in the interior fit out sector. It would also be ideal but not essential if the candidate has an understanding of mechanical and electrical services.
Duties Include:
Read and take off from Architectural Drawings and BIM Models.
Undertake site visits as and when required.
Produce estimates and quotes for the full content of work.
The ability to confidently liaise with new and existing clients , suppliers and other parties when required.
Job Details:
20 Days Holiday plus 8 bank hols.
Pension Scheme
Flexible working Hours
Willing to accept 4 day working week depending on Applicant.
The ideal applicant would be someone who is commercially aware , dynamic and preferably has hands on experience. Also is happy working within a fast paced environment both as a team and on their own initiative.
