My client is looking for an Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their office in London. As a consultancy, they have over 200 years of experience and work on world-renowned projects. Roles and responsibilities include…
- Prepare designs for the full range of electrical building services
- Writing of specifications
- Site visits
- Prepare co-ordinate design intent/detailed design drawings
- Contributions to health and safety plans
- Plan and prepare planned maintenance specifications and planning of maintenance procedures and contract management
- Manage electrical building services delivery on projects
- Maintain client relationships and secure repeat business
- Financially manage and report projects you are responsible for
- Active participation in the development of individual team members, including advancement/ successive planning
- Trouble-shooting exercises associated with energy consumption and the provision of suitable internal conditions, surveys, reports, schedules and dilapidations and feasibility reports
