Position: Junior Building Services Engineer

Location: South East

Salary: Neg DOE

The Job

As Building Services Engineer you will work directly under the Managing Director. You will be responsible for the design and management of heating systems & ventilation design on a variety of projects, coordinating work with other members on the project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Designing heating systems, calculations & layouts
• Building ventilation design
• Liaising with Clients, Contractors and other members of the design team.

Requirements:

• Third level Qualification in Building Services.
• 2+ years' experience working as a Building Services Engineer essential
• You will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft, MEP, Revit or CAD Systems.
• Full Irish Driving Licence
• Have thorough knowledge of building regulations and guidelines.
• Being personable and confident
