Groundworker
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Location: West London
Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum
We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations across West London and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all aspects of groundworks including fencing, bricklaying, communal paving, flagging, and drainage within a social housing setting.
- Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds in General Construction Ops OR Groundworker Apprenticeship (desirable)
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
- Basic Criminal Record Check
