- 2 weeks rolling + extensions, all within the West Midlands
- Contract looking to start 13/07/2020
I am currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter on behalf of a privately owned machinery and system integration business.
They have an extremely strong relationship with some of the most well known organisations across the West Midlands, particular with those within the automation and automotive world.
One of their clients has requested for them to carry out some moderisation work, comprising mostly of the installation of conveyor systems.
We are now seeking a Mechanical Fitter who has experience in the build/installation of conveyors and or automated machinery. The role
You will be based at a client site in Solihull and responsible for fitting and installation of a variety of conveyor systems on behalf of a high value business.
You will utilise hand and special purpose tools along with cherry pickers and scissor lifts to carry out you day to day activities.
Hours range from 07:00 - 19:00, however your typical day finishes at 16:00. Boots and high-vis required, all other PPE provided. What we need in a Mechanical Fitter
- Based in or commutable to Solihull
- Experience in fitting / installing conveyors and or automated machinery
- Hold a valid scissor lift and cherry picker license
- If you have an FLT license it would be a big bonus to us
