Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Sector: Offsite Construction - Modular Build
Location: Essex
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Car

If you are a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least three years post-qualification experience, this employer can offer you an integral role in managing their commercial and contractual security on Modular building contracts.
The Offsite Construction sector is booming, speed of delivery and greatly enhanced design control has pushed modular systems to the forefront. Working across housing, education, commercial, infrastructure and special projects, this employer can offer a varied workload amongst a highly experienced and tightly knit team.
The Role:
- Managing commercial performance of modular construction projects
- Tracking variations, sub-contractor payments and commercial progress
- Ensuring the contractual position of the company is secure and capitalised on
- Working with client / main contractor QS' towards mutually beneficial outcomes
