Job Description

Engineering/Site/Operations Manager - Heavy Engineering

Commutable from Leicestershire/Derby/Coventry

Shift - 8am to 5pm

Salary: c£65,000 + Car + Bonus

We are a market leader in our industry. Part of a larger group, we have seen continued growth over the last 5 years. We are now looking for a Site/Operations Manager to lead our already successful senior management team. The ideal candidate will be an established manager with excellent man management skills and will have had previous involvement in leading/managing CAPEX & Lean projects. Heavy manufacturing/engineering experience is preferred.

The Candidate:

An experienced Site/Operations Manager
Experience within heavy engineering sites. Building products background preferred
Experience in managing/leading CAPEX projects
Some experience in budgetary controls
Excellent man management skills
Experienced in managing/leading LEAN projects
