Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: North Yorkshire
Sector: Offsite Construction - Modular Housing
Salary: £40,000 + Car and Benefits Package

You can expect to work at the forefront of construction innovation for this well backed offsite housing manufacturer. Managing projects from start to finish and reporting to a senior project manager, you will play an essential role in delivering projects which are changing the face of the UK housing sector.
With responsibility for co-ordinating the activation of numerous projects, you will focus on meeting targets for cost, programme and transport logistics. Based between factory and sites you can expect to undertake travel for the role as required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain client relationships
- Full lifecycle project management from inception to handover
- Visit project sites to monitor progress
- Effective relationship building with clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain a full view of all concurrent projects
- Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of projects
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in managing people and meeting targets
- Degree or diploma in project management (desirable)
- 2+ years' experience of construction project management
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets
- Excellent time planning
- Positive and self-motivated
