Senior Project Manager Job in London
New requirement for a Senior Project Manager job with a workplace fit-out and co-working operator in North West London! Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager, ideally from a workplace design/coworking fit-out background, to join their growing team on a full-time basis managing projects across the UK, typically within London, ranging up to 60,000 sqft!
A unique opportunity to join a business that is at an exciting time in its growth, you'll be working alongside a team of 16 and running the project life-cycle for new acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of commercial fit-out from either a D&B or traditional perspective and be a representative of the client's brand and ethos.
Role & Responsibilities
- Management of new site launches
- Project planning and forecasting, coordinating workflow for the team to ensure timely delivery of new spaces
- Participate and contribute to the design process from a PM perspective, advising feasibility and expectations for delivery
- FF&E and AV/technology procurement
- Lead project meetings across all stages from concept to completion
- Frequent reporting and progress updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven project management experience delivering service-based industry projects - coworking, office fit-out, hotel/hospitality, or D&B
- Strong communication skills and ability to confidently present to and report back to building owners/partners
- Strategic and analytical approach to work and strong prioritisation skills
- Industry relevant qualification preferred
- Technical skills and space planning experience in AutoCAD and/or SketchUp would be highly beneficial
- Full UK Driving licence preferred.
