QUANTITY SURVEYOR
NEW BUILD HOUSING
LINCOLN
£45,000 + car allowance + 15% bonus
A high quality House Builder based in Lincoln are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work in their ever growing office near Lincoln.
The ideal candidate will currently be working for a House Builder as a Quantity Surveyor or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready for your next promotion; however, experienced Quantity Surveyors looking to move in to the housing sector will alos be considered.
As the successful candidate you will be able to manage the costs for multiple, busy sites, making sure targets are achieved through the control of valuations and budgets.
You must be able to manage the sub-contractor process along with all material and goods, while value engineering all trades.
It is essential you can demonstrate an understanding of the Codes of Practice for Estimating e.g. NHBC constraints, Building Regs, Code for Sustainable Homes etc.
