Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenging role? My client is one of London's premier construction consultancies.

In this key Senior Quantity Surveyor position, you will play a vital role in managing costs and contractual matters on their prestigious projects across London and the Southeast. You will carry out comprehensive cost analysis, valuations, final accounts and contract administration.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 7 years' quantity surveying experience in the construction industry
• Extensive knowledge of procurement routes, contracts, and construction legislation
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to effectively manage client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
