Area Sales Manager - Construction Sector
Basic to £35,000 ote £47,000 (Av. UK commission earnings) + Company Car / Car Allowance
Bristol, Yate, Thornbury, Clevedon, Portishead, Weston-super-Mare, Bath

* Can you produce new business as well as developing existing accounts?
* Are you a good negotiator and capable of maintaining and increasing margin?
* Would you enjoy hiring products within the construction sector?

You will be responsible for the sales and profitability of a territory based on the South West / Bristol. For 4 days per week you will both maintain effective relationships with existing accounts with a view to grow them and locking out the competition as well as targeting new accounts within your region. Your customer base with include building companies and large end users like councils, Local Authorities and Utility companies.

About you:

: The ability to demonstrate a track record in field sales (ideally within the hire of products to contractors)
: Experience of selling within the building and construction sector
: A domicile that will allow the easy coverage of a territory based on Bristol / South West
: Demonstrable sales success in field sales

: Average commission earnt across the UK by your peer group is £12,000pa (commission paid monthly)
