Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: £160 - £170 per day

We have an opportunity for a skilled and reliable Carpenter Multi-Trade to join a well-established local contractor's responsive repairs team. This role involves working across social housing properties throughout Farnham, Guildford and Crawley, carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
• Installing, repairing, and replacing doors, windows, skirting boards, and other wooden fixtures.
• Addressing minor plumbing issues such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, and fitting pipework.
• Patch repairs, skimming walls, and applying finishes where needed.
• Performing wall and floor tiling, including grouting and re-sealing.
• Preparing surfaces and applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes.
• Fitting and repairing vinyl, laminate, and carpet tiles.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
• UTR number required for payment (self-employed subcontractor status)
