Part II Architectural assistant Job in Sevenoaks, Kent

Hunter Dunning Recruitment is currently seeking candidates for a Part II Architectural Assistant job opportunity, at our client's employee-owned firm in Sevenoaks. This role offers a unique chance to join a multidisciplinary team, working on a variety of projects spanning residential, healthcare, education, commercial, leisure, and more.

Based across two offices with over twenty members of staff this employee-owned multidisciplinary practice offers a range of services including Architectural, building surveying and project management.

Current projects include large- and small-scale residential development and healthcare projects. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working directly under senior job runners across all RIBA stages
• Preparing planning drawings
• Work on the production of high-quality technical and contraction detail packages
• Use AutoCAD on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of practice experience
• Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
• Current knowledge of UK regulations
• Experience in UK-based residential, commercial, or healthcare projects.

What you get back

• £30,000 - £32,000
• International team trips
• Flexible working around core hours 10.00- 4.00pm
