Aeronautical Engineering Tutor

Job Description

Protocol are proudly working with a large further education group, that provides excellent learning to thousands of students every year, to recruit an Aeronautical Engineering Tutor to provide cover on a temporary basis for the remainder of January.

We are looking for a candidate with a teaching qualification and/or experience teaching aeronautical apprentices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Engineering (or another relevant high level Engineering qualification), have an aeronautical engineering qualification OR equivalent industry experience, and be confident with knowledge of engineering and maintenance on aircraft in order to support the delivery of Level 2 & 3 Aeronautical Engineering & Maintenance Apprentices based at Rolls Royce.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and expected to end on 30th January. For this reason, we are bringing the role to interview as soon as possible! Role responsibilities

* Training Rolls Royce apprentices on Level 2 & 3 Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance qualifications.

The person & qualifications

* Bachelors in Engineering (or equivalent)
* A UK Teaching qualification/Assessors Award
* An Aeronautical qualification (Level 3) OR equivalent industry experience
* Available immediately
* (Desirable) A DBS on the update service
