Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association wants construction companies to bid for a five-year framework contract worth up to £300m.
The contract covers housing improvement works across central, southern and eastern England, including Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
The maximum number of firms that will be appointed is 18.
The framework will be divided into three lots:
- Projects up to the value of £1.5m;
- Projects with a value between £1.5m and £5m; and
- Projects with a value over £5m.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 23 August 2010.
