A2Dominion has published a contract notice calling for contractors to pitch for a place on the framework agreement.
The work will be predominantly new-build housing construction in southeast counties of Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
The framework will be divided into three lots, according to size of contracts to be undertaken by each group: Lot 1 is for contracts worth up to £5m, Lot 2 is for contracts between £5m and £10m, and Lot 3 is for contracts over £10. Companies may apply for one or two lots but not all three.
A2Dominion envisages having a list of 12 contractors for each lot.
