The company specialises in the construction and rehabilitation of civil engineering structures. It was founded in 2011 by a team that will remain unchanged and is expected to generate nearly CA$100m (£55m) in sales this year. There are about 100 people in the workforce, which serves public and private sector clients across Canada.
The acquisition is seen as representing a new step forward in Eiffage’s international strategy, opening the door for Eiffage Travaux Publics to operate in the dynamic Canadian infrastructure market.
