Northern Ireland Electricity Networks invited contractors to bid for framework arrangements covering either Belfast district or its east district – or both. In the end, Morrow Contracts was selected for lot 3, namely Belfast and east districts.
The agreement covers the provision of excavation, cable laying and reinstatement works for three years and six months with an option to extend by a further three years.
