The initial three-year phase of the programme includes the roll-out of new retail spaces and showrooms across 48 countries and across six continents as part of Infiniti’s plan to open hundreds of new retail units around the world by 2020.
Centralised control and visibility of costs, risk and performance are being provided through a programme management office (PMO) based in Hong Kong.
Turner & Townsend’s new appointment stems from its 10-year relationship with Infiniti, supporting operations in the Americas, Middle East and Asia & Oceania regions. In the USA this involved supporting the development and implementation of a new visual identity programme across Infiniti’s retailer network.
