Wates, Lovell and Vinci Facilities each get a £40m deal to bring council housing up to scratch.
This framework is for the continuation of an existing housing repair and improvement programme that has been running since April 2005.
The council currently has agreements with Vinci Facilities and Thomas Vale but these expire on 31 December.
