The development of 316 apartments at three locations across the city, is a partnership between Hull City Council, housing association Riverside and Wates Living Space. The city had picked Riverside and Wates as its preferred partner in April 2014.
The scheme will enable people with care needs - including older people, working age people with disabilities, those with mental health problems and people with dementia - to live independently, while having the security and access to care and support. The one- and two-bedroomed apartments are designed to be easily adaptable so that residents can continue to live within their communities as their needs change over time.
