£48,000 per annum + Benefits
We are currently seeking an experienced and hardworking Groundworker to join a growing team operating across South East London and Kent.
This is a hands-on role working across multiple sites, carrying out a variety of groundworks. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The Role
As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out all aspects of groundworks
- Installing drainage systems, foundations, kerbing, paving and concrete works
- Excavation and preparation of sites for construction activities
- Working closely with site teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Travelling between multiple sites across South East London and Kent
Requirements
- Proven experience within a Groundworker role
- Strong knowledge of drainage, foundations and general groundworks
- CSCS Card essential
- CPCS/NPORS plant tickets would be advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking and committed to delivering quality workmanship
