We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Building Surveyor with a leading property and construction consultancy based in Birmingham.  This well established firm, with literally decades of successful trading behind them, is highly experienced in Building Consultancy alongside related fields such as Health & Safety, Cost Consultancy and Project Management. 



Their Building Surveying team supports clients across a wide range of sectors.  This role focuses on the delivery of core Building Surveying services such as pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys, dilapidations etc with associated project work.  They have a wide variety of instructions and can therefore provide a varied workload.   



They also believe firmly in nurturing talent.  If you are still working towards gaining your MRICS they can provide full support with this, with ongoing support beyond the APC to continued professional development.  You will have a clear pathway ahead to ongoing career progression. 

We are looking for previous building surveying experience, ideally working within a Consultancy or client side environment, in addition to a recent degree in Building Surveying.  You must already be based within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre and have a full UK driving license as well as regular access to a vehicle, as the role will require some travel.
