Sales Negotiator

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent agency. They have begun searching for an experienced Sales Negotiator for their established Forest Hill office. This role suits someone with 1+ years' experience who wants to grow and manage a team in the next couple of years.

Duties/Function of the role:

• Welcoming and registering applicants.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Liaising with vendors to provide viewing feedback as well as market updates.
• Preparing and producing property particulars
• Qualifying and negotiating offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
• Organising and implementing canvassing campaigns to proactively generate valuations.
• Working alongside the director & lettings team to grow the department.

Requirements of the role:

• 1+ years' experience working in another property sales role.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• A proven track record of generating valuations and closing sales.
• Immaculate presentation.
• A confident and personable approach to property sales.

Salary Budget: £25,000 + on the Basic, £40,000 OTE. No car needed (business travel expenses paid for).

Required working hours: Monday to Thursday 9 am-6 pm and 9 am- 5 pm on Fridays, Saturdays to be discussed.
