Carpenter/Carpenter Multi

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

Location: Croydon

Salary: £20 per hour CIS

A Carpenter is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

What does a Carpenter role entail:

• Must be able to fit a kitchen
• Must be able to hang doors
• Must be able to fit skirting boards and change locks
• General carpentry repairs

Requirements for the Carpenter role:

• Must be able to deal with tenants/ have social housing experience
• Must have basic tools (Power tools will be provided)
• Must be qualified within carpentry NVQ or City & Guilds
• Full Driving License - Mobile role

Benefits of the Carpenter Role:

• Monday to Friday 08.00am-17:00pm
• Van and fuel card supplied
