The consultancy has an excellent reputation and a strong pipeline of work across the residential, commercial, retail, education, healthcare and regeneration sectors, delivering infrastructure solutions from planning through to detailed design and construction.
You'll join a supportive and collaborative business that places a strong emphasis on technical excellence, career development and investing in its people.
The role offers excellent scope to take ownership of projects while working alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams, with genuine opportunities to influence the growth and direction of the new office.
The Role
You'll support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of development infrastructure projects across the Midlands and South East.
Responsibilities will include:

- Producing detailed infrastructure designs using Civil 3D together with InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, Causeway Flow or similar software.
- Working closely with architects, planners, clients and local authorities to deliver coordinated engineering solutions.
- Managing projects through planning and detailed design while ensuring technical quality and programme delivery.
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting the continued development of the wider team.
- Supporting the growth of the Milton Keynes office and helping to establish a strong local presence.
What We're Looking For
- Consultancy experience delivering UK development infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in highways and drainage design for residential and commercial developments.
- Experience using Civil 3D and industry-standard drainage software.
- Good understanding of S38, S278, S104, SuDS and UK design standards.
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Working towards or already holding professional accreditation with the ICE would be advantageous.
- An interest in being part of a growing team and contributing to the success of a new office.
Why Apply?
- Join a respected consultancy with a strong and diverse pipeline of work.
- Be part of a brand-new Milton Keynes office from the beginning.
- Opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of the team.
- Deliver projects across residential, commercial, retail, education and regeneration sectors.
- Excellent technical support, Chartership mentoring and long-term progression opportunities.
- Friendly and collaborative working environment with hybrid flexibility.
- Competitive salary up to £60,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
If you're a Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer looking for the opportunity to join a growing consultancy and be part of an exciting new office launch, I'd be keen to hear from you.
