Gas Engineer

Location: Chorley
Rate: £24.00 per hour CIS
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 2-3 weeks initially, with the potential for ongoing or permanent work for the right candidate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a social housing contract in the Chorley area.

The role will involve carrying out CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Checks and minor installation/remedial works within occupied domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Inspections
• Carrying out minor gas installation and remedial works
• Servicing domestic gas appliances where required
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Gas Safe regulations
• Completing all relevant certification and paperwork accurately

Requirements

• Valid Gas Safe Registration
• Up-to-date ACS qualifications
• Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties
• Own van and tools
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Available for an immediate start
