St Albans / Watford
Aylesbury / High Wycombe
Swindon / Oxford

About the Role We are looking for experienced domestic heating installers to join a growing team working on renewable heating solutions.

You will be responsible for installing heat pumps, cylinders and radiators in customers' homes, working from surveyed jobs and schematic diagrams. You will also work closely with other engineers and team members to ensure installations are completed safely and to a high standard.

Previous heat pump experience is desirable, but full training and development is available through the Aira Academy.

Key Responsibilities

Install air source heat pumps, hot water cylinders and radiators
Carry out high-quality domestic heating installations
Follow schematic diagrams and installation plans
Work safely and professionally in customers' homes
Work as part of a team to complete installations efficiently
Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship
Complete required training and development through the Aira Academy

Essential Requirements

NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
Experience installing domestic heating systems
Experience installing radiators and hot water cylinders
Experience with unvented cylinders
Level 2 Heating or Level 3 Plumbing
Relevant gas qualifications
Air Source Heat Pump experience
Full UK driving licence
Good practical plumbing and heating skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Experience

NVQ Level 3 Plumbing
WRAS qualification
Unvented Hot Water Systems Part G
Gas Safe registration
Level 3 Heat Pump System Design
F-Gas Category 1
Previous experience installing air source heat pumps
