Lettings Manager - Mayfair

Job Description

Dove and Hawk are working alongside a luxury, market leading boutique agency based in Prime Central London. They are looking for a lettings manager to bolster their already exceptional Letting team.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative professional with outstanding client management skills and extensive experience in landlord relations. It is also essential that you have experience working in Prime Central London.

Responsibilities:

• Secure quality property instructions to meet business targets
• Identify potential tenants and negotiate rentals of properties
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the district and contemporary property values, while keeping abreast of local competition
• Conduct accurate research and present findings professionally.
• Ensure efficient and professional deal management through effective communication
• Maintain a prominent presence in the community to generate client referrals
• Cultivate trust and confidentiality with both prospective and existing clients to uphold the professional image of the Partnership.

Requirements of the role

• Experience as a Manager in Prime Central London
• Track record of securing business
• Proactive personality, enthusiastic about expanding market share, self-motivated individual
• Capable of leading their team effectively.

Salary: £40K Basic, £85-£100K OTE
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
